Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Spread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, brown sugar and maple syrup. Using a hand mixer, beat until light and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Add the pumpkin, spices and vanilla extract. Continue beating until smooth and combined. Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to use.
